  • Corporation Tax return (CT600)

  • Annual confirmation statement filing
  • ITSA for one director

  • Routine HMRC correspondence

Notes

  • VAT and payroll are not included.
  • Additional directors or personal tax returns are quoted separately.
  • Out-of-scope work is confirmed before proceeding.

Advanced Compliance & Support Plan

A broader service for micro companies requiring ongoing operational support, reporting and enhanced tax oversight, with more hands-on support as activity increases.

£220 per month

Includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus

  • VAT returns
  • Payroll processing
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Enhanced tax advice and ongoing support

Notes

  • Designed for businesses with regular transactions and reporting needs.
  • Higher complexity or growth-stage businesses may fall outside the Micro Companies category.

ITSA / MTD ITSA

For individuals and office holders with personal tax obligations beyond basic Self Assessment.

Standard ITSA: £300

MTD ITSA: Enquire — pricing depends on quarterly submission scope and record-keeping requirements.
