Key changes from February 2026

  • Incorporation fees increase materially (digital incorporation doubles to £100, and same-day filing doubles to £156).
  • Confirmation statements increase (digital to £50, paper to £110), affecting all active companies and LLPs on an annual basis.
  • Voluntary strike off becomes cheaper, reducing the cost of closing dormant or redundant entities.
  • In most cases, paper filing remains more expensive than digital filing.
